By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders & Payments

We accept prepaid orders only. Please review your product details, size, colour, and other order information carefully before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it is considered final and is subject to our Exchange / Return Policy.

Exchange Requests

If you require an exchange, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

For an exchange to be accepted, the product must:

• Be in the same condition in which it was received.
• Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Have all original tags attached and intact.
• Be accompanied by the original invoice.

We reserve the right to reject an exchange request if the product does not meet these conditions.

Exchange Charges

Any pickup, re-delivery, or other logistics charges incurred during the exchange process will be borne by the customer.

Product Issues

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear, continuous package-opening video showing the package from the time of opening.

A refund may be considered only for a verified defective or damaged product supported by valid package-opening proof. All other eligible cases will be handled through our exchange policy.
